The lead guest must be aged 23 years or older. The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented upon arrival. Guests must also provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer or the name on the card. Photographic identification will also be requested from all accompanying guests.

Please note that stag, hen and other parties are not permitted. Guests will be charged if the maximum occupancy for the apartment is exceeded without prior authorisation from the property.

Cleaning, linen and towels are provided free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available for an additional fee.

Early and late check-in can be arranged, subject to availability for an extra charge of GBP 30 between 18:00 and 21:00 and GBP 50 between 21:00 and 23:00.

If you expect to arrive after 23:00 please notify the property prior to arrival. This can be noted in the Special Request box when making your booking.

The property operates a meet and greet check-in policy, so please inform the property of your expected arrival time at least 24-hours prior to arrival. For same day bookings, please inform the property at least 2 hours prior to arrival. Failure to do this may mean having to wait to gain access while a member of staff travels to meet you.

A security deposit of GBP 150 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please inform South Kensington & Chelsea Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
